We get it, accidents happen. But it’s okay, we got you covered and we can repair it. Doesn’t matter if your chain is broken, if you’re missing a stone in your ring, or if you lost the back of your earring. Here at Kazazian’s, we have our very own Master Jeweler that has over 40 years of experience!

Now we know that might have some questions, like:

• “Can I trust you with my jewelry?”
• ”Is my jewelry going to be sent out?”
• ”How long will the repair take?”

So let us put your mind at ease.

Our entire reputation is built on TRUST, like they say without trust there is nothing. The fact you trust us with your jewelry, you can trust that we will return your beautiful pieces of jewelry back to you fixed and looking almost brand new. 

Secondly, we NEVER send out your jewelry without your knowledge and your approval. There are some jobs that might require us to send out your jewelry like watches, jobs such as changing a watch compositor or external cleaning of a watch. Any other repair job is done in stores and stays in stores under lock and key.

Depending on the Custom Job it may take between 2-4 weeks but we will help you understand the process and help guide you from start to finish.
